Metallic Epoxy Flooring

White Base Coat w/ a Blue, White, & Silver Metallic Pigment Design ( Finish: Gloss)

Introducing our stunning epoxy metallic designs, perfect for both interior and exterior spaces. This process typically takes 2- 4 days, depending on the design complexity and area size. Our UV-resistant applications ensure durability for exterior use, while our slip-resistant surfaces provide safety on all our floors. Day one focuses on grinding phase which is a totally a dustless free process and patching any pore holes on the surface. That is then followed by the base coat application. Once base coat fully dries for a minimum of 24 hours, on day two we then proceed with the buffering polishing process ensuring a smooth surface for the metallic flooring design application to bond. Finally on day three we add the metallic coat design and letting it melt! Finally we end it with our high-quality topcoat letting that sit for 48 hours either on day 3 or 4 then foot traffic would be fine. With excellent coverage and preparation, we can minimize the odor making it suitable for residential and commercial settings. All our epoxy metallic floors are recommended to be cleaned with a PH Neutral cleaner as PH Neutral cleaners don't contain harsh chemicals as your known existing cleaning brands.

FYI: IN ALL OF OUR INSTALLATIONS WE INSTALL A MOISTURE VAPOR PROTECTION BARRIER (MVB) THAT BLOCKS MOISTURE VAPOR TRANSMISSION (MTV) FROM PENERTRATING THE CONCRETE SLAB PREVENTING BUBBLES, BLISTERING AND DELAMANITION ON THE EPOXY SYSTEM

Gray Epoxy Flake Chip

Epoxy Flake (Chip) Flooring

Gray Basecoat w/ a Blue, White, Black Flake Chips (Terrazzo, Granite Appeal) (Finish: High Gloss)

Epoxy flake flooring is a durable and versatile option that works well for both indoor and outdoor spaces totally UV and anti-slip resistant all with the chemical procedures. The installation process usually takes 1 to 2 days, depending on the design and area size. This innovative flooring solution employs dustless process, which keeps the environment clean during the grinding phase. After grinding is completed on the first day, we then apply the base coat and flake chips together at once letting those two steps cure. Following a drying period of at least 24 hours (the curing process), we move to the second day. If a full broadcast flake design was selected, we scrape the surface; otherwise, for light or high broadcast options, the final step involves buffer polishing the surface before applying the topcoat shine. With adequate coverage, any odors can be effectively minimized, making it a great choice for both residential and commercial settings. All our epoxy floors are recommended to be cleaned with a PH Neutral cleaner as PH neutral cleaner doesn't contain harsh chemicals as you know in your existing cleaning brands.

Unfinished Subfloor

Where else can i install epoxy?

Have you ever considered giving your home's interior a modern makeover? If you're uncertain about whether epoxy adheres to wooden floors, rest assured that it does! Epoxy bonds well with wood such as plywood subflooring which is what we recommend doing it all over as doing it over existing floor like vinyl plank or laminate that isn't sand able and has to be removed entirely. But don't get me wrong there's is existing wood flooring like solid and engineered wood that is sand able and can bond perfectly. Also cork, and parquet flooring that also bond well with epoxy. Last but not least the least expected is tile. Tile is grindable and able to bond with epoxy as removing the thin layer of tile permits the epoxy to bond with the tile ceramic or porcelain!
